Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CreatorOffice.app platform, website, applications, software, and related services (“Platform”) operated by CreatorOffice.app (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides creator business management tools including social media integrations, analytics, invoicing, financial organization, workflow management, AI-assisted categorization, and creator collaboration tools.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities occurring under their accounts.

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain Platform features may require paid subscriptions. Fees may renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

The Platform may integrate with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Stripe, Google, and other third-party services. The Company does not control or guarantee third-party services or APIs.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform
• Upload unlawful or infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated abuse
• Interfere with system security or operations

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant the Company a limited license to store, process, display, and analyze such content for operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, algorithms, databases, workflows, designs, and systems remain the exclusive property of Creator Hub Technologies Inc.

9. AI & Automated Features

Certain Platform features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated categorization. Outputs may not always be accurate or complete.

10. Tax, Financial & Legal Disclaimer

The Platform does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with laws, tax obligations, and financial reporting.

11. Creator Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with advertising disclosure laws, influencer regulations, platform rules, sponsorship disclosure obligations, and applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Privacy & Data Processing

Use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Retention Policy, and related legal documents.

13. Data Security

The Company implements commercially reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Data Retention & Deletion

User data may be retained for operational, legal, compliance, backup, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

15. Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, security risks, or misuse of the Platform.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages including lost profits, tax penalties, business interruption, or data loss.

17. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from user content, misuse of the Platform, legal violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or compatibility.

19. International Use

Users accessing the Platform are responsible for compliance with local laws within their country of residence.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada.

21. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

22. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
