To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorHub Technologies Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from or related to:

• your use of, or inability to use, this website; 
• your participation in the CreatorHub waitlist; 
• delays, modifications, suspension, or cancellation of the waitlist or any future product or service; 
• changes to product features, functionality, pricing, availability, or launch timing; 
• unauthorized access to or alteration of your information resulting from events beyond our reasonable control; or 
• any reliance on information published on this website. 

The maximum aggregate liability of CreatorHub Technologies Inc. arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CreatorHub Technologies Inc. in connection with the waitlist. As participation in the waitlist is provided without charge, that amount will ordinarily be CAD $0.00, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
