Delete your account in Settings

If you have a CreatorOffice account:

1. Sign in to CreatorOffice
2. Open Settings from the sidebar
3. Select the Account Settings tab
4. Scroll to Delete account and choose Delete account
5. Confirm by typing Delete, then confirm again

This permanently deletes your account and associated data such as contacts, activities, invoices, and receipts. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, or prefer help from us, email support@creatoroffice.app with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the email address on your account.

What we may keep

We may retain limited information when required for tax, legal, or security purposes, or until backups rotate in the normal course of operations. Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you may also be retained.

Connected apps

Deleting your CreatorOffice account does not delete data held by third-party platforms (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or Meta). Revoke access or delete data there using each service’s own settings if needed.
