Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of the CreatorOffice.app platform, website, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, analytics systems, AI-powered features, and related services (“Platform”) operated by CreatorHub Technologies Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All users must comply with this Policy when accessing or using the Platform.
1. Purpose of This Policy
This Policy is intended to protect users, creators, businesses, service providers, partners, and the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the Platform.
2. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all users including creators, influencers, agencies, businesses, contractors, developers, affiliates, beta testers, and visitors using the Platform.
3. Lawful Use Requirement
Users may only use the Platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, platform policies, and contractual obligations.
4. Prohibited Illegal Activity
Users may not use the Platform for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Money laundering
- Tax evasion
- Harassment or abuse
- Defamation
- Identity theft
- Unauthorized surveillance
- Criminal activity
- Violations of intellectual property laws
5. Intellectual Property Violations
Users may not upload, distribute, synchronize, store, process, or transmit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
6. Unauthorized Access & Security Violations
Users may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Circumvent security controls
- Probe vulnerabilities
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Interfere with system operations
- Engage in phishing or credential theft
7. Automated Abuse & Scraping
Users may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, unauthorized automation, or excessive API requests that negatively impact the Platform or violate third-party policies.
8. API & Third-Party Platform Compliance
Users must comply with all rules, policies, terms, and restrictions imposed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Stripe, Google, and other integrated third-party services.
9. Financial & Tax Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for:
- Financial reporting
- Tax compliance
- Invoice accuracy
- Expense verification
- Compliance with accounting and financial laws
10. Creator & Advertising Compliance
Users are responsible for compliance with:
- FTC guidelines
- Competition Bureau Canada requirements
- Sponsorship disclosure rules
- Influencer advertising laws
- Consumer protection regulations
11. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload, distribute, or transmit:
- Illegal content
- Hate speech
- Harassing content
- Defamatory material
- Pornographic or exploitative material
- Malware or harmful code
- Content promoting violence or illegal activity
12. AI & Automated Features
Users may not misuse AI-generated outputs, automated categorization systems, predictive analytics, or recommendation engines for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
13. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Users may not improperly collect, share, disclose, sell, or exploit personal information, confidential information, or third-party data obtained through the Platform.
14. Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, devices, authentication methods, and maintaining account security.
15. Platform Integrity
Users may not interfere with the availability, reliability, performance, stability, or integrity of the Platform or related infrastructure.
16. Fair Usage
The Company may impose reasonable limits on storage, API calls, automation usage, data processing, integrations, bandwidth, and feature access.
17. Investigations & Monitoring
The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, monitor activity, preserve evidence, cooperate with authorities, and enforce this Policy.
18. Enforcement Actions
The Company may:
- Suspend accounts
- Restrict access
- Remove content
- Disable integrations
- Terminate services
- Report unlawful conduct to authorities
19. No Obligation to Monitor
The Company is not obligated to actively monitor all user activity or content on the Platform.
20. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from user conduct, user-generated content, third-party integrations, or violations of this Policy.
21. Changes to This Policy
The Company may modify this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated versions.
22. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada.
